Viata de adolescent devine din ce in ce mai greu de navigat. Statisticile pe care le citim si primim ne alarmeaza si deprimeaza. Unde este speranta acestei generatii tinere? Exista vre-o speranta pentru tinerii nostri? Potrivit Bibliei, Dumnezeu este SINGURA speranta pentru generatia tanara.

Baietii si fetele tinere au nevoie sa auda cuvintele Psalmului 119: 9-11:

⁹Cum îşi va ţinea tînărul curată cărarea? Îndreptîndu-se după Cuvîntul Tău.

¹⁰Te caut din toată inima mea; nu mă lăsa să mă abat dela poruncile Tale.

¹¹Strîng Cuvîntul Tău în inima mea, ca să nu păcătuiesc împotriva Ta!

Sfaturi Pentru Liderii Tineri Ai Bisericii

1. Use your 20s to build a foundation for your 70s. Create deep roots that will give you a foundation for when you are older. Finishing well means starting well.
2. Don’t worry about climbing the ladder. There’s no longer a ladder anyway; it’s more like one of those spiral staircases. And sometimes you are going across or down when you think you might be climbing. So don’t worry about it. Spend your 2’s learning and having life experiences. Travel, explore the world, take on projects that seem fun.
3. If your “career” path doesn’t make sense to anyone except for you, it’s okay. For example, when in his 20s, I was in college at University of Oklahoma, a wrangler on a guest ranch in Colorado, a management consultant, a business development officer with a magazine and media company, and a strategic business plan developer. That is all over the map. But God was orchestrating steps very clearly for what was next in my story. And He continues to do so.
4. Be diligent and aggressive in developing your friendships and relationships. Create a core group of close friends who you want to do life with. This group may change a bit over the years, but it is imperative to find a circle of trust that you are committed to and they to you.
5. Figure out who you want to be, not what you want to do. Who you are is more important that what you do or where you live—spiritually, financially, family, emotionally, relationally. Find two or three older, wise “sages” that you can learn from and count on as help.

O Lucrare De Tineret Relationala

Motivul pentru care “Hi5”, “Facebook” si “My Space” au un succes extraordinar este datorat faptului ca tineri sunt interesati in relatii si prieteni. O lucrare de tineret sanatoasa trebue sa se axeze pe relatii.

O lucrare cu tinerii axata pe relatii trebuie sa aiba urmatoarele componente:

1. Pastorul de tineret si toti adultii care sunt implicati in lucrarea de tineret din biserica locala trebuie sa contruiasca relatii cu tinerii.

2. Este necesar ca liderii de tineret sa se familiarizeze cu internetul pentru a se putea conecta cu tinerii, pe care ii slujesc. Daca vrei sa stii ce fac tinerii tai si cu ce se confrunta, viziteaza-le pagina de pe site-uri precum “Hi5” sau “Facebook”. Uneori adolescentii vor posta pe internet lucruri si simtaminte, pe care nu le vor spune nimanui. Ciudat, nu-i asa?

3. Petrece timp cu tinerii. Planifica sa te intalnesti cu adolescentii in afara zidurilor bisericii. (Daca liderul este barbat planifica intalniri cu baietii. Invita o femeie lider, sau sotia ta se se intalneasca cu fetele.) Fara a avea o anumita agenta, spune-le ca vrei sa petreci timp cu ei la o inghetata sau un suc. In acest mod ii vei comunica tanarului sau adolescentei ca iti pasa de ei.

4. Asigura-te ca tinerii din biserica ta stiu ca pot veni la tine cu orice probleme. Ori de cate ori ai ocazia, spune-le ca pot veni la tine cu problemele lor. Unii tineri se vor smti amentintati sa sa vorbeasca fata de fata. Din acest motiv pune-le la discpozitie adresa ta de email sau numarul tau de telefon. Daca nu ai o adresa de email creaza un la “www.gmail.com sau “www.yahoo.com”.

10 (Zece) Intrebari Pentru Profesorul Tau De Biologie

Zece intrebari, pe care sa le pui profesorului tau de bilogie in legatura cu “Inteligent Design”. Un articol excelent de Sean McDowel (fiul cunoscutului autor crestin Josh McDowel).

1. Design Detection
If nature, or some aspect of it, is intelligently designed, how could we tell?

Design inferences in the past were largely informal and intuitive. Usually people knew it when they saw it. Intelligent design, by introducing specified complexity, makes the detection of design rigorous. Something is complex if it is hard to reproduce by chance and specified if it matches an independently given pattern (an example is the faces on Mt. Rushmore). Specified complexity gives a precise criterion for reliably inferring intelligence.

2. Looking for Design in Biology
Should biologists be encouraged to look for signs of intelligence in biological systems? Why or why not?

Scientists today look for signs of intelligence coming in many places, including from distant space (consider SETI, the search for extraterrestrial intelligence). Yet, many biologists regard it as illegitimate to look for signs of intelligence in biological systems. Why arbitrarily exclude design inferences from biology if we accept them for other scientific disciplines? It is an open question whether the apparent design in nature is real.

3. The Rules of Science
Who determines the rules of science? Are these rules written in stone? Is it mandatory that scientific explanations only appeal to matter and energy operating by unbroken natural laws (a principle known as methodological naturalism)?

The rules of science are not written in stone. They have been negotiated over many centuries as science (formerly called “natural philosophy”) has tried to understand the natural world. These rules have changed in the past and they will change in the future. Right now much of the scientific community is bewitched by a view of science called methodological naturalism, which says that science may only offer naturalistic explanations. Science seeks to understand nature. If intelligent causes operate in nature, then methodological naturalism must not be used to rule them out.

4. Biology’s Information Problem
How do we account for the complex information-rich patterns in biological systems? What is the source of that information?

The central problem for biology is information. Living things are not mere lumps of matter. Life is special, and what makes life special is the arrangement of its matter into very specific forms. In other words, what makes life special is information. Where did the information necessary for life come from? Where did the information necessary for the Cambrian explosion come from? How can a blind material process generate the novel information of biological systems? ID argues that such information has an intelligent source.

5. Molecular Machines
Do any structures in the cell resemble machines designed by humans? How do we account for such structures?

The biological world is full of molecular machines that are strikingly similar to humanly made machines. In fact, they are more than similar. Just about every engineering principle that we employ in our own machines gets used at the molecular level, with this exception: the technology inside the cell vastly exceeds human technology. How, then, do biologists explain the origin of such structures? How can a blind material process generate the multiple coordinated changes needed to build a molecular machine? If we see a level of engineering inside the cell that far surpasses our own abilities, it is reasonable to conclude that these molecular machines are actually, and not merely apparently, designed.

6. Irreducible Complexity
What are irreducibly complex systems? Do such systems exist in biology? If so, are those systems evidence for design? If not, why not?

The biological world is full of functioning molecular systems that cannot be simplified without losing the system’s function. Take away parts and the system’s function cannot be recovered. Such systems are called irreducibly complex. How do evolutionary theorists propose to account for such systems? What detailed, testable, step-by-step proposals explain the emergence of irreducibly complex machines such as the flagellum? Given that intelligence is known to design such systems, it is a reasonable inference to conclude that they were designed.

7. Similar Structures
Human designers reuse designs that work well. Life forms also reuse certain structures (the camera eye, for example, appears in humans and octopuses). How well does this evidence support Darwinian evolution? Does it support intelligent design more strongly?

Evolutionary biologists attribute similar biological structures to either common descent or convergence. Structures are said to result from convergence if they evolved independently from distinct lines of organisms. Darwinian explanations of convergence strain credulity because they must account for how trial-and-error tinkering (natural selection acting on random variations) could produce strikingly similar structures in widely different organisms and environments. It’s one thing for evolution to explain similarity by common descent—the same structure is then just carried along in different lineages. It’s another to explain it as the result of blind tinkering that happened to hit on the same structure multiple times. Design proponents attribute such similar structures to common design (just as an engineer may use the same parts in different machines). If human designers frequently reuse successful designs, the designer of nature can surely do the same.

8. Fine-Tuning
The laws of physics are fine-tuned to allow life to exist. Since designers are capable of fine-tuning a system, can design be considered the best explanation for the universe?

Physicists agree that the constants of nature have a strange thing in common: they seem precisely calibrated for the existence of life. As Frederick Hoyle famously remarked, it appears that someone has “monkeyed” with physics. Naturalistic explanations that attempt to account for this eerie fine-tuning invariably introduce entities for which there is no independent evidence (for example, they invoke multiple worlds with which we have no physical way of interacting). The fine-tuning of the universe strongly suggests that it was intelligently designed.

9. The Privileged Planet
The Earth seems ideally positioned in our galaxy for complex life to exist and for scientific discovery to advance. Does this privileged status of Earth indicate intelligent design? Why or why not?

Many factors had to come together on earth for human life to exist (chapter 9). We exist in just the right place in just the right type of galaxy at just the right cosmic moment. We orbit the right type of star at the right distance for life. The earth has large surrounding planets to protect us from comets, a moon to direct important life-permitting cycles, and an iron core that protects us from harmful radiation. Moreover, the earth has many features that facilitate scientific discovery, such as a moon that makes possible perfect eclipses. Humans seem ideally situated on the earth to make scientific discoveries. This suggests that a designer designed our place in the world so that we can understand the world’s design. Naturalism, by contrast, leaves it a complete mystery why we should be able to do science and gain insight into the underlying structure of the world.

10. The Origin of the Universe
The universe gives every indication of having a beginning. Since something cannot come from nothing, is it legitimate to conclude that a designer made the universe? If not, why not?

For most of world history, scientists believed the universe was eternal. With advances in our understanding of cosmology over the last forty years, however, scientists now recognize that the universe had a beginning and is finite in duration and size. In other words, the universe has not always been there. Since the universe had a beginning, why not conclude that it had a designer that brought it into existence? Since matter, space, and time themselves had a beginning, this would suggest that the universe had a non-physical, non-spatial, and non-temporal cause. A designer in the mold of the Christian God certainly fits the bill.

Cine Conduce Timpul De Inchinare La Intalnirile De Tineret?

Cu cativa ani in urma cand am inceput sa lucrez cu tinerii de la biserica, nu am avut pe nimeni sa conduca timpul de inchinare. Prin timpul de inchinare ma refer la muzica. Din acest motiv muzica nu a facut parte din program decat foarte rar. In timp, Dumnezeu ne-a pus pe inima dorinta de a ne inchina Lui si prin muzica. Din acest motiv am inceput sa cantam acapela – fara instrumente.

La timpul potrivit, Dumnezeu a adus o familie in biserica care avea 2 adolescenti – un baiat si o fata. Baiatul mi-a spus ca el stie sa cante la chiatara. Imediat l-am intrebat daca vrea sa conduca timpul de inchinare de la tieret. Dupa ceva ezitare, mi-a spus ca o sa incerce.

Acea zi a fost ultima zi in care nu am avut pe cineva care sa conduca timpul de inchinare de la tineret. Curand dupa acest pas, alti tineri s-au alaturat si au format un grup de inchinare. Baiatul a terminat liceul si a plecat in armata. Lucrarea merge inainte… Stiind ca va pleca in curand, baiatul i-a incurajat pe alti tineri sa vina sa se implice. In bunatatea lui Dumnezeu a ridicat alti tineri la statutul de lideri de inchinare.

Din aceasta experienta am invatat ca tinerii vor sa fie implicati in lucrare. Cu cat sunt mai implicati cu atat mai bine pentru viata lor spirituala cat si pentru devotamentul lor. Personal doresc sa ii incurajez pe toti liderii de tineret sa ii implice pe tineri in lucrarea de tineret dandu-le responsabilitati. Unii tineri vor fi talentati la muzica, altii la scenete iar altii la computere (creaza un blog pentru grupul de tineri sau o pagina facebook.)

Incurajaza-ti Pastorul Cu O Felicitare!

Cum iti apreciezi pastorul /preotul? Luna Octombrie este luna aprecierii pastorului si a tuturor lucratorilor religiosi.  Unul dintre darurile cele  mai potrivite pentru un pastor cu aceasta ocazie nu sunt lucruri ci mai degraba cuvinte de apreciere, multumire si dragoste.

Multi enoriasi nu se gandesc ca si pastorul lor are nevoie sa auda cuvinte de incurajare. Gresit! Chiar si pastorul are nevoie de cuvinte de afrimare precum oricare al om.

Luna aceasta, cumpara o feliecitare potrivita pentru pastorul tau si scrie-i cateva cuvinte de multumire. Si mai bine are fi sa cumparati o feliecitare pe care sa o semneze cati mai multi din biserica.

Tinerii Crestini Se Roaga Pentru Natiune

Cand a fost ultima data cand te-ai rugat pentru tara ta, pentru natiunea in mijlocul careia traiesti? De ce sa te rogi pentru o tara in care traiesti dar care nu este tara ta de origine? Vezi Ieremia 29: 4-23

Inca o data tinerii sunt un exemplu demn de urmat de catre toti crestinii. Poate ca actiunile tinerilor ii vor motiva pe adulti sa se roage si ei pentru natiune.

Toamna, Sezonul Slujirii In Lucrarea De Tineret

Majoritatea evenimentelor cu tinerii au loc vara. Odata cu inceputul scolii, viata se intoarce la “normal”. In lucrarea de tineret exista doua feluri de activitati: a) activitati in care tinerii primesc sau sunt slujiti (tabere, conferinte, etc) si b) activitati in care tinerii slujesc (fii o binecuvantare pentru altii).

Toamna este un sezon excelent pentru slujirea altora. O idee ar fi sa gasiti pe cineva, care are nevoie de ajutor sa culeaga frunzele cazule in curte. O alta idee de slujire este sa curatati cartierul sau sa adoptati o anumita parte a orasului sau a strazii, pe care sa o tineti curata. (Ca si crestini suntem chemati sa fim cetateni model.)

Sfaturi Biblice Practice Pentru Elevi si Studenti

Trairea noastra ca si oameni mantuiti, ca si oameni care Il cunosc pe Isus Cristos personal, trebuie sa fie vizibil diferita de viata celor care nu au nimic de a face cu Dumnezeu.

Inainte de mantuire viata noastra a fost guvernata de anumite standarde morale. Atunci cand Dumnezeu ne-a salvat, am primit o mostenire noua, un standard moral nou, care ar trebui sa ne guverneze trairea.

Ceea ce este ciudat este faptul ca uneori ingaduim standardelor noastre pre-crestine sa ne guverneze prezentul. Iata de ce Pavel insista in Domnul ca sa nu mai folosim un standard moral, care il jigneste pe Dumnezeu.

Tinerii de la scoala ta fac ceia ce le trece prin minte fara sa le pese de standardele lui Dumnezeu. Singurul lucru de care le asa sunt ei insisi.
Noi pe de alta parte, care suntem mantuiti prin harul lui Dumnezeu, trebuie sa depunem efort sa ne amintim continuu ca noi suntem chemati sa traim potrivit standardului lui Dumnezeu. Atat diavolul cat si carnea ne ispitesc sa abandonam standardul moral al lui Dumnezeu si sa traim ca si lumea.

Iata cateva sfaturi practice, pe care tinerii crestini le pot trai in acest an scolar.

a) Efeseni 4:25 Spune Adevarul! Termina cu minciunile!
Te provoc in numele lui Dumnezeu sa incepi sa spui adevarul intotdeauna si in toate circumstantele. Daca ai obiceiul de a spune minciuni, iti va fi greu sa vorbesti adevar. Opreste-te din a minti profesorii! Nu-ti mai minti colegii! Cei din jur vor observa ca tu traiesti pe baza unui standard moral inalt. Spune adevarul chiar daca va fi in defavoarea ta.

b) Efeseni 4:26 Controleaza-ti mania!
In scoala la care mergi exista cineva care este capabil sa te impinga la manie. Aceasta persoana va sti ce sa zica si sa faca ca sa te faca manios. Ce faci intr-o astfel de situatie? “In mania ta sa nu pacatuiesti!” Diavolul va folosi prejul ca sa te impinga sa pacatuiesti. Controleaza-ti mania – -controlul de sine este roada Duhului Sfant.

c) Efeseni 4:28 Nu mai copia/fura! Lucreaza / Invata cu toata puterea ta!
Iti faci singur tema de casa? Ai copiat vre-odata? Cel care intelege cat de important este sa nu furi ci mai degraba sa muncesti din greu, va experimenta o transformare extraordinara.
In anii de liceu am fost invatat si provocat sa nu mai copiez. (Am fost un elev tipic/normal.) Am stiut ca furtul/copiatul este gresit, cu toate acestea nu m-am oprit din a copia. Precum alti colegi singurul lucru de care mi-a pasat au fost notele si aparentele. In liceu Dumnezeu a folosit un profesor crestin sa provoace clasa mea sa nu mai copiem ci mai degraba sa fim cinstiti.
Asculta, cand ai un test scrie ce stii, punct. Fii cinstit! Cand “tu” iti faci tema de casa, fii cinstit!

d) Efeseni 4:29 Vorbeste cu grija!
Nici un cuvînt stricat să nu vă iasă din gură; ci unul bun, pentru zidire, după cum e nevoie, ca să dea har celor ce -l aud.
Daca cuvintele tale nu sunt dulci, nu le lasa sa iasa din gura ta. Tu stii prea bine daca sunt amare sau duci pentru ca iti vin pe limba inainte de a-ti parasi gura.
e) Efeseni 4:32 Fii bun s milos!
Dimpotrivă, fiţi buni unii cu alţii, miloşi, şi iertaţi-vă unul pe altul, cum v’a iertat şi Dumnezeu pe voi în Hristos.
